Charles William Watson was born 30 June 1900 at Middlesborough, Yorkshire, England, he appears to of served from 1917 (including 9 months aboard HMS Orvieto) until 1945 (being Pensioned in 1940 but retained, his early war service showing HMS Punjabi and Forte).
