Levy, Jack, Dental Surgeon, LDS, RCS (Eng) Born in London in 1897. Came to South Africa in 1902. Educated at South African College, Cape Town. Married in 1922 to Ellen A. Cohen, has one daughter. Served in East African Campaign with South African Field Artillery. Postal address: 113 Victoria Road, Woodstock. SACS School War Service roll gives his rank as gunner.
