Warren Reid (unique name)

1000666 Pte. Warren Reid was born in Sackville, N.B. and was a telegraph Operator when he attested in the 226th battalion on 5 Feb. 1916.

He suffered a penetrating wound to the abdomen and died of his wounds on 26th October 1917, he lies buried at Nine Elms British Cemetery (Belgium), VII. B. 16.

No cross was awarded and his medals were awarded to his sister in Medford, Mass, USA whilst his Plaque and scroll went to his brother in Moncton, N.B.
